Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS

Adored Beast offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you are not satisfied please contact us at questions@adoredbeast.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will initiate the refund process. Please use PRODUCT RETURN in the subject line of the email.

Once the refund is processed, please allow between 3-5 business days for this to reflect on your bank statement, as the time may vary depending on your banking institution. 

If you purchased an Adored Beast Product at a store, please reach out to the store to find out about their return policies. We do not accept returns for products purchased outside of the online store.

You may return product that has been opened granted you return the unused portion at your expense.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number from original order is sufficient).  
  
You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of a return without a tracking number and refunds will not be processed on items that have not been received by us.
 
Returns that arrive without prior notification will not be refunded.
 
All authorized returns must be received back to us no later than 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund on the purchase price. Items that arrive more than 30 days from the date of purchase will be refunded at the discretion of Adored Beast.
 

SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS 

Will be refunded at the sale price, not at the full purchase price. Any returns for items in the bundle will be refunded the difference between the bundle price and the regular cost for the items not being returned.


RETAILERS

ABA will either credit or send a replacement for your customers return. Please contact Alyssa for Canada stores (alyssa@adoredbeast.com) or Traci for U.S stores (traci@adoredbeast.com) with the refund receipt and reason for return.

 

SHIPPING 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipments sent back due to being deemed undeliverable will be handled the same as a return.

All international returns must arrive free and clear of customs and duties. We do not cover these fees on returns.
