Note: USPS requires a 15-day waiting period before investigating missing packages. If you file a claim directly with the courier, we must wait for their investigation to conclude before sending a replacement. - Order Dealys: If your order contains an out-of-stock item, we will hold the entire order until all items are available and can ship together.
đ Incorrect Shipping Information & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. It must include all required details: street number, street name, unit or PO Box (if applicable), city, state/province, and postal/Zip Code.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and the package is returned to us:
