All orders are processed within 5- 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer free shipping for orders over $99 before tax and after discounts. Gift Cards are not applicable.

Tracking Orders

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Out of Stock Items

If your order contains an out of stock product, your order won’t ship out until all available items are in stock.

Return Policy

Adored Beast offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you are not satisfied please contact us at questions@adoredbeast.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will initiate the refund process. You can learn more about our return policy here.

Damaged Products

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at logistics@adoredbeast.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Lost Products

Although rare, sometimes packages do get lost in the mail. If your package does not arrive within 8 days, please get in touch at questions@adoredbeast.com.

Please note: USPS won’t accept an inquiry about a missing package until 15 days has passed. If you submit a claim yourself with the courier, we will have to wait until the investigation is complete before a replacement can be sent.
