How is this different from kelp or other sea greens?

USMy 15 yr old has had gut issues for most of his life. He experienced inconsistent stools and constant gut gurgling. After a week I’ve notice consistent formed stools and haven’t noticed the gurgling as much. He was diagnosed with MCT in 2016 and this bundle makes complete sense because often due to histamine the gut can become inflamed. Can’t say enough about the product. Oh and he also eats his food with it mixed in.
