Can this product help support cats with Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD)?
Absolutely! Many cases of FLUTD are actually something called interstitial cystitis or non-bacterial cystitis. This is when the lining of the bladder wall is inflamed and incredibly painful, but it is not cause by bacteria. The specialized herbs, nutraceuticals, and probiotics can help to greatly reduce the inflammation and pain.If your cat has been diagnosed with crystals or stones we would recommend the Easy Peesy Protocol, not just the powder. With stones or crystals, is absolutely necessary to work with your veterinarian on feeding a real food diet and using the Protocol! We have seen miracles with this combination.

Is this product suitable for a puppy?
Yes, although we do not recommend as part of the rotation before 6 months of age. If your puppy is having bladder problems that you have seen a veterinarian for, in this case yes it is suitable. Ask your veterinarian for dosages based on age and severity of the condition.

How does this product benefit a senior dog?
As part of the aging process, the urethra (the tube-like structure that allows urine to exit the body from the bladder) and the sphincter (two muscular structures that control the exit of urine) become placid or weaken, allowing bacteria to enter into the bladder, causing UTIs (urinary tract infections). This is particularly common in dogs who’ve been spayed or neutered because of a lack of sex hormones that work to keep these structures healthy and strong. Easy Peesy helps to support these structures and transport bacteria out of the body.

Why does my pet need a pre and probiotic?
The latest research in human and animal medicine points to the gut being responsible for more than 80% of the immune system! The main component of a healthy gut is the friendly bacteria that live there (probiotics). This bacteria combats bad bacteria. They are the gatekeepers that stop intruders and keep the mucosal lining healthy so the body receives its vital nutrition. These “good soldiers” need to be able to have the proper fertilization in order to set up a colony and continue to produce and repopulate. Essentially, you need to feed the probiotics.
