Multi Strain Probiotic Blend

Probiotics assist the immune response of the digestive tract. Lactic acid  bacteria produce lactic acid which promotes the body's innate resistance to pathogens. Helps to maintain proper gut pH.

Slippery Elm Bark

For hundreds of years, Native Americans have used slippery elm bark for its beneficial and soothing properties. Slippery elm is a large, deciduous tree native to Eastern North America known for its mucilaginous and strengthening properties. Slippery elm is a master demulcent. It exerts a soothing effect on mucous membranes of the digestive, respiratory, and urinary tracts. Helps support the protective layers of the bowel. Helps support proper digestion and bowel health.

L-Glutamine Amino Acid

A component of healthy connective tissue and mucous membranes. Supports healthy mucous membranes and linings in the respiratory and digestive tracts. It supports the strength of the mucosal lining and helps to maintain a normal inflammatory response.

Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice

Licorice root, which is considered one of the world’s oldest herbal extracts, comes from the root of the licorice plant. Licorice Root/DGL is a form of licorice that is safe for those with high blood pressure as it has the glycyrrhizin constituent removed. It benefits the gastric lining by promoting circulation and supports cellular health.

Larch Arabinogalactan

Prebiotic larch arabinogalactan is a larch tree extract that supports colon health. Prebiotics are used to feed probiotics and support their viability and colonization.

Marshmallow Root

Marshmallow root is in the mucilage-heavy Malvaceae family and is an herbaceous perennial that can be found growing alongside marshes, seas, riverbanks, and other equally damp areas. Known throughout the ancient Egyptian, Arab, Greek, and Roman cultures, this herb has been used continually for at least 2000 years. In traditional practices it was given to help moisten and maintain a normal inflammatory response in the lining of the respiratory, digestive, and urinary tracts.

HIGHLY Recommend this product

This is a LONG read but worth it. My senior kitty had been going on months of different antibiotics trying to stop what was going on. I was at my last straw as I didn't want him suffering and was ready to let him go. Diarrhea so bad it was liquid and everywhere, washing bedding daily, cleaning floors constantly, he had stool incontinence and he'd drag his butt. I'm sure it was burning. Add the vomiting, not wanting to eat, he was down a little over a pound and the vet said let's try 1 more antibiotic for IBD. In the meantime I did some research as I knew some herbal remedies were out there to try and came upon this site and remedy. The antibiotic didn't help which I had a feeling it wouldn't. His intestines I'm sure were just inflamed as all get out. Diet wise, he's on a raw diet so I have to watch that he doesn't eat the canned food my other cats get. He was also give digestive enzymes but once this product arrived, I stopped those, he was close to finishing the antibiotics so I figured I'd wait it out to see how things went. His vomiting stopped. His stools started to slow down, then went to pudding consistency and 10 days after completing the antibiotics and being on this, today is the first time in MONTHS he's had a regular formed stool. YES I'm excited about cat stool! LOL He's eating voraciously and he's gained back that lost weight as well. I do put this in his food 2x a day (I know that's probably too much) but I'll start backing off to 1x a day. This product saved me from having to put him down, he has a good quality of life again!

Getting Little Person in Fur Coat to Eat Feline Gut Smoothe Is Worth the Negotiations

This is a good product but it requires both negotiation and a certain amount of give and take mixed with some cunning too. I mix it in carefully with his food and add some good water and stir. If my medicine scooping hand is a little too heavy, he won't eat much of that meal so. it requires patience and diligence. BUT it is worth it because then he is happier and calmer and more affectionate too. Thank you very much.
